DadRental is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and trustworthy experience for all users. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Certified Dad memberships, customer service payments, platform fees, and shop purchases made through our website.
By using DadRental, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Certified Dad Membership Fees
Certified Dad membership fees (including subscription or one‑time activation fees) are:
    • Non‑refundable once activated
    • Refundable only if a technical issue prevents account activation and we are unable to resolve it
If you believe a technical error prevented your membership from activating, contact us at support@dadrental.com.

2. Customer Payments for Services
Payments made by customers to Certified Dads are agreements between the customer and the Certified Dad.
DadRental does not issue refunds for:
    • Service quality
    • Missed appointments
    • Cancellations
    • No‑shows
    • Pricing disagreements
    • Work outcomes
Refunds or adjustments must be handled directly between the customer and the Certified Dad.
DadRental may assist with communication but does not guarantee a resolution.

3. Platform Fees
Platform or transaction fees charged by DadRental are:
 • Non‑refundable
• Not eligible for chargebacks unless required by law

4. Chargebacks
If a user initiates a chargeback through their bank or payment provider:
    • Their account may be suspended
    • Access to services may be restricted
    • Additional verification may be required

Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account removal.

5. Shop Item Refunds (Products Purchased in the DadRental Store)
DadRental offers physical and/or digital products through our online shop. Refunds for these items follow the guidelines below:
A. Physical Products
Refunds for physical items may be issued if:
    • The item arrives damaged
    • The item is defective
    • The wrong item was shipped
    • The item is returned unused and in original packaging (within 30 days)
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

B. Non‑Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
    • Digital downloads
    • Gift cards
    • Clearance or final‑sale items
    • Items damaged by the customer
    • Items returned without original packaging 

C. Return Process
To request a return, customers must contact:

Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
We will provide return instructions and next steps.

D. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
