- Certified Dad application and profile information: biography, services offered, profile photo, application answers, certification status, and related account information.
- Certification and verification information: information used to review applications, confirm identity, document background screening, review references, and maintain internal certification notes.
- Customer inquiry information: contact information, requested service, messages, and other details submitted when contacting a Certified Dad.
- Reviews and platform activity: reviews, ratings, inquiry status, account activity, and interactions with DadRental features.
- Membership and billing information: Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, membership status, trial dates, and billing status. DadRental does not store full payment card numbers.
- Technical information: session information and standard server logs such as IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps, and security-related data.
2. How We Use Information

- Operate and secure DadRental accounts and dashboards.
- Review applications and administer the Certified Dad certification process.
- Make eligible Certified Dad profiles searchable by customers.
- Connect customers with Certified Dads and deliver inquiries.
- Manage memberships, free trials, subscriptions, cancellations, and billing status.
- Send transactional and account-related emails, including application, certification, inquiry, review, and billing messages.
- Moderate reviews, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve DadRental.

3. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Customers and Certified Dads: when a customer sends an inquiry, relevant customer contact and job information is shared with the Certified Dad contacted.
- Public profiles: information a Certified Dad chooses to publish on a profile may be visible to site visitors.
- Stripe: used to securely process Certified Dad membership billing and manage subscriptions.
- Brevo: used to send transactional email.
- Hosting and technology providers: information may be processed by vendors that host, secure, or operate DadRental on our behalf.
- Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements.
- Business changes: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or restructuring of the business.
4. Payment Information
Certified Dad membership payments are processed by Stripe. DadRental does not collect or store full credit or debit card numbers. Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy practices.

DadRental uses cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for login sessions, account security, and core site functionality. If additional analytics, advertising, or optional tracking technologies are added in the future, this policy will be updated as appropriate.

DadRental is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Certified Dad accounts and applications are intended for individuals age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
