By accessing or using DadRental, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DadRental.
DadRental is a marketplace and connection platform that helps customers find and contact independent local service providers known on the platform as "Certified Dads."
DadRental does not perform the household services listed on the platform, does not employ Certified Dads, does not set the price of customer jobs, does not collect payment for customer jobs, and is not a party to agreements entered into between customers and Certified Dads.
DadRental uses an application and certification process before a Certified Dad may be publicly listed. Certification may include application review, identity verification, background screening, reference review, and other steps selected by DadRental.
Certification means only that the applicant completed DadRental's then-current review requirements. It is not a guarantee of a person's qualifications, workmanship, reliability, licensing, insurance, safety, or future conduct. Customers remain responsible for deciding whom to hire and for verifying any credentials required for a particular job.
Eligible Certified Dads may activate a 14-day free trial by providing a valid payment method through Stripe. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the membership automatically converts to a paid subscription at $9.99/month and continues monthly until canceled.
By activating a trial or membership, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method associated with your membership when amounts become due.
Membership cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Access and public listing eligibility may continue through that period. Except where required by law, membership fees are non-refundable and are not prorated.
Public listing eligibility may depend on certification status, membership/trial status, account standing, and compliance with these Terms. DadRental may suspend, remove, limit, or refuse a listing when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, or platform integrity.
DadRental does not guarantee that a Certified Dad will receive inquiries, jobs, revenue, or any particular amount of business.
Reviews must reflect genuine interactions and may not contain knowingly false, fraudulent, threatening, unlawful, or abusive material. DadRental may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or platform guidelines.
By submitting profile content, reviews, photos, or other content to DadRental, you grant DadRental a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

DadRental does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, legality, timing, pricing, licensing, insurance, conduct, or outcome of services arranged between customers and Certified Dads. Any service agreement is solely between the customer and the Certified Dad.
Customers and Certified Dads are responsible for resolving disputes concerning job scope, workmanship, payment, property damage, scheduling, refunds, warranties, or other service-related issues. DadRental may choose to assist with communication but is not required to mediate or resolve private disputes.
DadRental is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any user will meet another user's expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DadRental and its owners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for damages arising from interactions, agreements, services, injuries, property damage, payments, or disputes between users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DadRental and its owners, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of DadRental, your services or interactions with other users, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may modify platform features, eligibility rules, membership terms, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the website, dashboard, or email where appropriate. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
